Premier Foods Objectives:
To reduce the number of suppliers, promote creativity, drive down costs and improve in-store availability and compliance. Please note that we successfully became one of two suppliers that Premier Foods will work with over the next three years.
Overview Of Our Proposals:
New Projects – There will be one account manager/designer who will act as the main point of contact and will oversee all projects from inception to completion. The main aim is to remove the “Chinese Whisper Syndrome” thereby speeding up the development of new work, gaining a better understanding of the design requirements and offering advice on retailer guidelines.
Manufacturing – With our large format capabilities we are able to design and manufacture display units in one piece that would have previously been produced in two pieces. We are able to offer Litho, Screen, Digital and Flexo print options in order to meet the wide range of requirements required across the display market place. Large format litho is very effective for high quality units whilst at the other end of the scale flexo printed units are ideal for price promotions in the likes of Asda/Tesco. An example of how our large format litho works is shown on page three.
Delivery Of Pre-Filled MU’s – Our aim is always to deliver 100% on-time and to date we have delivered 20,262 pre-filled units on behalf of Premier Foods with a success rate of 99.6%. Annually we pack in excess of 100,000 displays with an equally high success rate.
Conclusion – We pride ourselves on our understanding of not just the display market but also the entire supply chain and this is backed up by the fact that we have been an approved supplier of flat-packed and pre-filled display units to Tesco for the past seven years. We set ourselves exceptional targets and have built our reputation on the basis that we can’t and won’t fail to hit in-store deadlines for displays units.
